Rob is Research Director at the Centre for London. Rob joined in September 2024 from the Centre for Homelessness Impact where as Director of Knowledge Implementation he worked to transform the use of evidence and data in local and national government to end homelessness faster across the UK.

Rob has worked across numerous government departments, including HM Treasury where he led fiscal policy on housing access, homelessness and private renting during COVID 19. Prior to working in government, Rob worked for charities tackling social injustice across London. Rob holds an MSc in Inequalities and Social Science from LSE, specialising in housing and social disadvantage in the UK.

A lifelong Londoner, Rob loves collaborating to design practical solutions to knotty policy problems and is passionate about building a thriving future for the city he loves.
