Delivering Change

As the housing crisis worsens, London government and developers are focused on large, complex sites that are difficult to deliver.

Through round table discussions and interviews this project will examine the recent experiences of development corporations and partnership delivery structures.  Through our research we hope to understand how the public and private sectors work within these new partnership structures.

The report will outline what works best, and recommend how the statutory framework could be improved, to support faster and better delivery.

Centre for London’s previous research on the housing crisis in London includes Fair to Middling, a report by the Commission on Intermediate Housing.
