The City of Westminster and the Future of the West End

After the pandemic, The City of Westminster commissioned us to undertake an in-depth analysis of the West End’s economy and future resilience. We looked at the key sectors driving employment in the area and made recommendations for ways landowners, Transport for London and the government could support businesses and the recovery of the area.

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) borough-by-borough analysis

For LCCI, we’re investigating the key economic characteristics of London’s boroughs. For each of the 32 boroughs, we’re analysing metrics like sectoral productivity, employment rates and the pipeline of office stock to build an understanding of the borough’s strengths, weaknesses and key challenges.

Commission for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on high streets and placemaking, and sustainable and active travel

We spent 12 months embedded in the council, in close contact with officers and councillors to conduct qualitative and quantitative research. Our final reports included examples of high street transformations from across the world alongside detailed mapping of the borough and road layouts illustrating the options for change.
