Richard was Deputy Director at Centre for London. He joined the Centre in 2014 as an Associate Director, and led the research and events team, as well as research on Brexit, the future of work, and urban development.

Before joining Centre for London, Richard was Strategy Director at London Legacy Development Corporation, and previously worked at the Greater London Authority, the Audit Commission and The Times. Richard has degrees in politics and administration, and philosophy and ancient history.
