Tom was a Researcher at Centre for London until 2018. He has worked on the Roads and Streets Commission and helped to develop the Centre’s flagship publication, The London Intelligence.

He completed both his BA in Geography and MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation at Brasenose College, Oxford. His research projects in these were on social exclusion in a community south-western Stockholm, and statistical analysis of austerity’s effect on suicide rates across the UK.
