Since May 2022, Craig has served as the Managing Director at Barratt London, leading the Barratt West London business. His expertise in the property sector spans nearly 25 years, including previous roles at Joseph Homes and St George (Berkeley Group). He has extensive experience of delivering residential-led, mixed-use developments, including major brownfield and regeneration sites such as the former Kodak factory Eastman Village, 2,500-home Hendon Waterside project in partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and Hayes Village, which sits on the site of the former Nestlé factory. Craig is also instrumental in creating partnerships, including the new West London Partnership in conjunction with Places for London (TfL), which will deliver over 4,000 new homes during the next decade across west London, including at Bollo Lane and High Barnet. Last year, Barratt London announced a partnership with supermarket giant Asda at Park Royal, within the Old Oak Common Impact Zone, which will see 1,500 new homes delivered alongside a new supermarket.
