Pauline is Director of Engagement at London Youth, a membership body working to improve the lives of young people in the capital, through its network of over 600 community youth organisations.  She has held senior roles at the GLA and the former London Development Agency, where she led on youth, volunteering, diversity and ESF programmes.  Pauline is a passionate advocate of youth work and the role it plays in supporting young people to thrive in their communities and beyond.
