Better Brexit, Better City: Launching our Manifesto for London

This event has already taken place.

Join us in the run up to the general election as we set out our manifesto and debate the way forward for London after Brexit.

Three weeks before the general election, Centre for London will be launching its Brexit Manifesto. Drawing on the forthcoming Open City: London after Brexit report, the Manifesto will call on the next government to work with London government to help the capital retain its global position after Brexit.

How can London retain access to talent and to trade, and maintain its contribution to the UK economy? Can the city preserve its position as a global centre for tech, higher education and finance? What can it do to tackle the long-term problems that threaten its success?

Join us and a line-up of expert speakers as we debate the impact of Brexit on London, and the Manifesto’s proposals for a better Brexit and a better London.
