Victoria has written about food and the restaurant industry since 2009. She recently launched Hospitality Speaks, a platform to drive conversations around industry culture. Last year, she, writer Anna Sulan Masing and chef Romy Gill coordinated A Meeting Place, a digital magazine for women’s voices in food and sustainability.
