Piali Das Gupta is Associate Director at Roretti, a public sector consultancy. Prior to this role, she was a Strategy Director at London Councils, supporting boroughs to collaborate with each other and the Greater London Authority on a range of issues including increasing the supply of affordable homes, tackling homelessness, helping more Londoners to access good jobs, and becoming more climate-resilient.

Previously, Piali held senior roles in local and regional government, including London Borough of Newham, Surrey County Council, Birmingham City Council, West Midlands Combined Authority and the Local Government Association. She got her professional start with the Government of Canada, where she led the team that developed Canada’s national homelessness strategy.
