Mario was a Researcher at Centre for London until March 2021. Her research interests include young people and employment, social mobility and cultural policy.

Prior to joining the Centre in 2018, Mario was a Research and Policy Intern at Partnership for Young London and a Research Assistant at The London School of Economics in the Department of Management. Mario is also a Young Trustee for London Youth.

Mario holds an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focused on the porosity of borders in urban cities, using a socio-psychological approach to understand the impact inner London neighbourhoods have on communities and the individual resilience of young people.
