Earlier that afternoon the conference discussed the environment priorities for the new Mayor, followed by two discussions on health and innovation, and a Pecha Kucha on new ideas to solve challenges around housing, planning, building, place-making and environment.
Over lunch Sarah Sands talked to the directors of the Barbican Centre, and Museum of London about their plans for the City of London’s new cultural centre in the Square Mile:
The day kicked off with a session on economic prosperity, followed by a key session on London’s housing crisis. This was followed by panel discussion with the London Fairness Commission’s commissioners who set out their insights and thinking to date.
