Stephen is an innovator, designer and evaluation expert. He is the founder of design agencies TSIP (UK) and Path Group (USA) and has advised Nesta, Big Society Capital, Big Lottery Fund, Mayor’s Fund for London, Bloomberg Philanthropies and Marks and Spencer, among others. He is a Trustee for UnLtd and the Barbican Centre.
