Sam has recently founded The Night Lighthouse, a consultancy geared towards designing and developing the infrastructure of tomorrow. He was most recently an Associate Director at KPMG, aiding investors in their transition to net-zero. He was previously at Turner & Townend providing investment and transaction support to an international portfolio of technology and infrastructure investments. He has also worked in HM Treasury as part of the central infrastructure policy team, developing evidence-based policy for public investment in critical infrastructure, leveraging private finance, and determining long term delivery strategy.

He as also a member of the Mayor of London’s Young Professionals Panel (YPP) where he advised on London’s 2050 infrastructure plan, particularly on healthy place-making and the climate agenda. He was also an active member of the RSA community, and an Emerging Professional Board Member at the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC). Sam is a contributing writer at the Future Africa Forum, with a focus on holistic infrastructure policy making as a driver of continental growth.
