Responding to the Spring Statement, Nick Bowes, Chief Executive at think tank Centre for London said:
“London has by far the lowest car ownership in the country and highest proportion of households that rent, so cuts to fuel duty and support for homeowners on green energy will benefit London less than the rest of the country.”
