Pat is Managing Director of Be First. Previously Executive Director of Regeneration & Housing at the London Borough of Ealing, Pat is a facilitator of commercial and residential development. His previous positions include Transport for London, Lewisham, and at Greenwich delivering skills and training projects across the Thames Gateway sub region.
