Michèle is responsible for developing Crossrail 2 and gaining funding and powers for it.  She joined TfL in 2000 as co-director of Congestion Charging, becoming Managing Director of Planning in 2007.  Before TfL, Michèle worked for the Greater London Council and Halcrow Fox.
