Mark Williams

Mark joined the CLF Team as Director in January 2026.

Mark has 17 years experience working across local and regional government in London, as well as in central government and the private sector. Mark has worked on a range of infrastructure projects including decarbonisation, new rail and social housing. He specialised in devolved government and transport projects for his MSc from UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning in 2021.
