Councillor Govindia has led Wandsworth Council since 2011. He is co-chair of the Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership and played a key role in securing the Northern Line extension. Wandsworth has delivered record housing under his leadership and is currently working on delivering regeneration of two council estates.
