Chris Hogwood is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Landsec, where he leads the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability teams. He joined Landsec in 2020 following more than a decade working in leading corporate communications agencies and London local government.
Landsec is one of the UK’s largest real estate businesses and a major investor in the capital. It owns and operates several prominent assets along the Bakerloo line corridor, including the iconic Piccadilly Lights and Lewisham Shopping Centre, where it is planning a £1 billion investment to create a new centre for Lewisham.
A proud south-east Londoner, Chris has long championed the upgrade and extension of the Bakerloo line and is a founding member of the BusinessForBakerloo campaign.
