Pete Redman, author of our House-Keeping report will be discussing his findings at the NHF’s National Housing Conference on 18th September.
House-Keeping sets out a fairer approach to social rents, and suggests that tenants in social housing earning above the average wage should pay slightly more on an incremental scale. We estimate that if adopted, our policy recommendations would lead to the funding of an additional 3,000 homes across London.
